Are you a dancer looking for the perfect company to join? Sibikwa Arts Dance Company is looking for two exciting dancers and one intern to complete their company this year.

The Breaking New Ground Festival will welcome the offbeat and the sublime when it takes place in Newtown next month. Solo performance artists should polish their sense of whimsy, distil their creative juices and celebrate the genius of the absurd when getting their acts together for the festival, which will take place at the Sci-Bono centre.

Regarded as Cape Town’s largest premier dance platform and in its seventh year, the festival aims to provide emerging and established dance companies and choreographers with an opportunity to present their work, whilst striving to nurture and promote dance talent in the Western Cape.  The festival has grown exponentially and become one of the “must-see activities” on Cape Town’s events calendar.
