In one month’s time, the prestigious Genée International Ballet Competition will begin at the Artscape Theatre complex in Cape Town.  Presented by the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and supported by the UCT School of Dance and Cape Town City Ballet, the Genée will take place at Artscape’s Theatre and Opera House venues from 30 September to 9 October 2011.

On 8 April at 19:30 the Gordon Institute for Performing and Creative Arts (GIPCA), in association with the UCT School of Dance, presents the premières of Place of Grace by Gerard Samuels, and Homebody by Nicola Visser.
